Hi all, well here is my "Chop" as it is now, still a few more things to do, haven't got progress pics as pc died and I lost them all but here's what I do have. I did the "hide all the electrics in the bars - The COOL Way" and am very pleased with the outcome. Thakns to www.saffrie.nl/dragstartipsnoframe.html#HandlebarWiresThis is my extra rear brakelight in my homemade sissy bar. My Sissy Bar bracket, with my pentacle for safety... Blessed Be. My air horns... LOUD! And my plate...

I installed these 16" Apes by Highway Hawk and hid all the wires internally by drilling new holes in the bottm and top end of the bars, and throught the top yoke/tree. You can see the two chrome pillars between the risers are concealing all the wiring and at the top the wires come out of the new holes hidden by the switch gears. This shows the switches concealing the wires and the lovely chrome clips holdeing the steel braided cables in line. Gorgeous little Arlen Ness mirrors. These black Vinyl flames stop stone chips and marks from spoiling those lovely long legs. I cut off the stock brake pedal and bent the end of the lever round 90* to drill and tap the hole for my new brake pedal to match my foot pegs and did the same on the gear pedal, (without the 90* bend). The hand grips match too. Look up 2 pics. Solid aluminium 3" forward extensions for my long legs. I'm 6' 4" and need all the room I can get. I'm currently fabricating 6" forward extensions and I'll post them up here when I finnish. My home made Stainless Steel Shaft Cover. This is the first one, I'm designing more to try out. I found the perfect place for the tax disc... Right where the stock horn used to be.
